School Update Regarding Possible School Closure Due to Strike

Greetings Proud Panthers, 

 

This is to inform you that all LAUSD schools, including Gardena High School, will be closed to students for three-days starting Tuesday, March 21 due to a planned strike. Please read more regarding Potential Strike Information and School Updates at https://achieve.lausd.net/schoolupdates.

 

All students will remain at home Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

 

Students learning at home will be provided learning resources (below) and may also complete current course assignments through Schoology or Edgenuity (Credit Recovery) or get free one-to-one tutoring 24/7 through Schoology. Read How It Works.

High School
First, sign on to Schoology to review course updates, assignments, and office hours posted by the teacher and complete any current course assignment(s). Also, get free one-to-one tutoring 24/7 through Schoology. Read How It Works.
 
Second, if there is no Schoology update, assignment, or office hours posted by the teacher, students may access the learning resources available below or complete an Edgenuity (Credit Recovery) course if applicable.
